Over New Years they had the Twilight Zone marathon and people were complaining because they mixed in the Jordan Peele TZ which I’m glad they complained. It made me go on YouTube and watch the 80s version and the 02 version onTubi. As a kid in the 80s I loved all the anthology series like the TZ reboot, Hitchcock, Hitchhiker, Tales From the Darkside, Tales from the Crypt, monsters, and Amazing Stories.
I used to wish that they would bring those back but considering how many horror movies today are made for “modern day audiences” I guess I’m glad they didn’t. I know Peele’s TZ got rave reviews from the critics. I mean he had an episode mocking trump and one about a white cop shooting a black teen. I mean how original! To be fair I do think if Peele could stop being obsessed with race he w could tell some good stories.
Granted there are the reruns and a ton of old pulps and reprints of Vault of Horror and the old sci-fi comics like weird science
There are a few series I've had show up among streaming options that might be up your alley. I haven't watched any except for a couple of episodes of Black Mirror, but maybe others can speak to quality.
Black Mirror (Netflix), Love, Death, and Robots (Netflix), and Electric Dreams (Prime)
Looking online, it seems there might be other older ones you could try to find: The Outer Limits, Thriller, Night Gallery, Are You Afraid of the Dark, and R.L. Stine's The Haunting Hour (the latter two are targeted for younger audiences).
Good shows. Those newer ones were ok but I’m soured on a lot of newer shows but Black Mirror and the other two you mentioned had some good episodes. I loved Are You Adrian’s of the Dark as a kid and those other ones are good. Watched a lot of 90s Outer Limits
