Any time any leftist talks about abortion or vaccines, you should switch the subject to the other.

"MY BODY, MY CHOICE!"
"Wow, I had no idea that you were an anti-vaxx conspiracy theorist. Much disappoint."

"Vaccinations should be required."
"Totally agree. Bodily autonomy very bad. And let's outlaw abortion while we're at it."

(And yes, I realize that abortion bans do not violate bodily autonomy except in cases of rape, but this pisses them off to no end.)
