Practically everyone who met him described him as a creepy weirdo. That's true of a lot of autistic-spectrum type people though (Michael Burry of The Big Short said he had no friends in college, for example).
Not sure exactly but I heard he went away for awhile/ got psych treatment or something and came back totally different. Then he stalks and murders a bunch of people. I don't believe in MK Ultra but at this point I'm starting to consider the possibility of this stuff. I bet he was on SSRIs too.
Serial killers/Psycho murderers are almost exclusively an American phenomenon and there has to be a reason why. Crazy extra-legal gov. org mind-control experiments? Who knows.

Also, MK Ultra is fact; it was a real program, there's plenty of documentation. How well it worked or whatever is another issue, or if it's still going on, but "MK Ultra" itself is/was a real thing.

No way lol. Plenty of examples of foreign serial killers and the most active child murderer lived in South America.
