Not sure if I’ll get the game eventually but one thing I’ll never understand is if you are a man who believes he is a woman or vice versa why not just play as the sex you believe you are? Granted it was idiotic from the start to listen to a tiny fraction of the population and give them this much influence.

Specifically on the circumcision point, I'm sure you already know this, but Kellogg of Kellogg cereals popularized circumcision under the guise that it would prevent your children from fapping when they get older as masturbation was immoral back then. It's the same reason why he made Bran Flakes, because plain cereal would help with the same thing.
