The video is kind of nonsense; possibly AI generated. It seems to confuse FCEV with hydrogen fueled ICE vehicles.

The video is only using footage of the Toyota mirai an fcev instead of an ice. I have driven a mirai before and they are fun cars. And in terms of fuelling they are quite cheap as well as hydrogen can be made from all kinds of sources.
