Nobody knows what exactly Elong gets out of this. He could be in this for profit, he could be in this for shits and giggles. He could be controlled by someone with sinister intentions, he could be the one with sinister intentions.
At the end of the day it doesn't really matter, does it? He shines light on some issues that desperately needed some sun and right now theres no one (that we are aware of) that can stop him.
Personally, I theorize Elon himself is probably a shitposter. If that's the case he's likely had to keep a tight leash on his powerlevel and basically had to placate consituents and investors up until this point because often that's what being an adult is.
What I'll say about him is what I've always said, in that he puts on a good show. We needn't worship people.
I mean, twitter use is at an all time high, despite recent controversy and losing tons of employees. While I don't have hard numbers, I think it's safe to say Twitter is more profitable than ever.
And that's not even to mention that Musk now has access to tons of user info for free now since he owns the company
While he acts like his motives are pure, I think a lot of it is just business.
Isn't it obvious? He wants to be remembered as a hero or something along those lines to the common class of people. But at the end of the day, he can easily become another WEF figure since there's no one that can say no.
What he realises with this progressive ideas, it does more harm than good to the population. I think he wants to go back to early 2000's where everything was pretty normal and not insane, normies and media also kind of worshipped Elon.
He's a futurist longtermist obsessed with humanity prospering into the future and up into the stars. His companies are all about the next step in tech evolution, from neurolink to starlink and tesla and spacex. The theme they all share is not just being tech, but being 'next gen/next step' tech.
Twitter appears like an outlier unless you saw old twitter (and the other social media big players) as a barrier to progress. Which it absolutely was. You want to launch a rocket? Better not wear the wrong shirt designed by a woman or else twitter will tear that accomplishment down.
I don't trust Elon Musk but we need any ally we can get in the war against the woke at this point.

Musk is behaving like a shitlord who has read the 48 laws of power.

I'll take the fucking W and I'll fucking like it.
