The Canadian Government supported a Red Terror where 64 churches were burned in attacks on Catholics. The government did literally nothing to stop the burning. The CBC refused to show the faces of arsonists when it had footage. Civil Rights organizations in Canada advocated for the fire-bombings.
Even the very term "Residential School Survivor" is fictional. They are trying to pretend that these Residential Schools were death camps that were mass executing Indians left and right. Instead they were... schools. Now, they were public schools that kept parents from protecting their kids, so yeah: there were instances of abuse and disease... but that's what the Left wants with your kids anyway.
What's retarded is that it's not like forcefully taking Indian kids and forcefully integrating them into White society wasn't bad. They always have to go that extra step because it wasn't quite bad enough.
Then again, look at how they treat their own kids even now. They will be all forthcoming about how they got abused and molested as kids, how "missing and murdered indigenous women" are a serious problem... yet they all just pretend it's not fucking done by their own communities when it's happening RIGHT IN THEIR OWN COMMUNITIES.
There is a reason why American Reservations never even get mentioned by the woke. Because its so bad there you can't even narrative your way out of it.
And from what I hear almost no other native populations are much better in any country, and almost entirely from their own inability to not be savage pieces of shit in their own separate communities.
It tends to only be bad on the reservation system because of the reservation system which creates mini socialist ethno-states.
Where native populations actually lost all of their political power, and were successfully integrated into the US by simply being brought in as citizens, those communities basically exist only at a cultural level, and are typically doing fine.
They always have to go that extra step because it wasn't quite bad enough.
Reminds me of that movie about the black women at NASA during the space race. The discrimination they face wasn't bad enough, so they had to make it worse for the movie they pass off as historical.
"I’m reluctant to use the word ‘Kristallnacht,’ because we’re not there yet..."
The ONLY reason it wasn't is because the of the numbers.
There are simply not enough natives for something that direct to be appealing, so hit-and-run arson on empty buildings in the middle of the night is the most risk they're willing to take.
And they were goaded into this by Trudeau and his goons.
The numbers of burning and the numbers of deaths. I have no idea how many people have died from the church burning, but it appears to be vanishingly small. Kristallnach, on the other hand, killed more than 90, and involved the total burning of 267 synagogues, and the attacking of 4,000 businesses. In the 64 Canadian Church attacks, not all of the Churches were raised, some were just smashed and vandalized.
It's an order of magnitude difference in scale, but the disinterest of the attacks by the government in this terror campaign is extremely alarming.
Especially when you consider that honking in Ottawa was justification for an Emergency Declaration and the cessation of most political rights.
This is not taken serious enough.

You must have failed the reading comprehension of the basic skills test in middle school.
My entire point was that the forcible erasure of their culture is bad enough. They don't need to make anything up to accuse those schools of.
Correct, reading comprehension failed me there. I'm too used to arguing with a specific type of person that would argue for it.
