Daily reminder communism sycophants are eternally jealous that anime and manga are more successful and absolutely bitter they cannot properly gain control of the medium. The trump card they always play is that Japanese manga and anime is pedophiliac or misogynistic even though most left-leaning sympathisers are all pedos themselves and make a lot of pretentious essays to justify their perversion.
It's not out of any desire to protect children but instead to tar everyone with the same brush they have been tarred with so that no-one is without sin. And then they can turn around and try to normalize it.
