I am 100% convinced leftism ruins your ability to understand context, it happens time and time again.

Contextually when it was written, 'well regulated' equated to 'well equipped', in otherwords the militia had to be packing good firearms, which included shit rifles (still single shot, but rifles were state of the art back then).

Leftists don't understand that 'militia' is literally civilians with guns, that's how retarded they are.
