Public health is an agitprop buzzword. Every time it is used there is your money being taken away to go to a program that will “improve health outcomes” of others, still waiting on the improvement to show, usually they just hire a bunch of admin who then show why they need more of your money to get it right.

at this point I dont even trust that narrative
The last three years really has done a number on western medicine's credibility.
Ending cholera.
But stuff that starts with a justification almost always ends up hijacked some day.
The good stuff gives you credibility, where bad people see an opportunity to use in order to push their own agenda.
