NK is at it again, what changed?

So NK is launching missiles over Japan again. Gee, they weren't doing this a few years ago, in fact, North Korea stopped launching missiles altogether. Hmmm...what was different back then? Gotta think about this one....

They got their marching orders from Kumala when she visited a few days ago. The Great Reset requires another conflict. Ukraine alone wasn't enough.
