Creepy has a very simple definition.
It's any action or behaviour associated with a male that another female deems to have less sexual market value than her.
Hence, this male shouldn't be seen or heard.
The worst part is how subjective that value is.
Women who are 7s are deeming men who are 8s as lower value, because those women can get pumped and dumped by guys who are 10s so they think they are 10s too.

"Creepy" is the Female equivalent of Males using "Crazy"
It's just a quick way of saying "I don't like this person" It's the 1 star review of personal dynamics.
