A draft in a defensive war is an entirely different beast than a draft in an offensive war. If someone believed the post-revolution government of Ukraine was legitimate then they will naturally believe that said government conscripting citizens to repel a foreign invasion is also legitimate.
No matter if 51% of people in Ukraine voted for it, forcing people to fight in a war that could have been avoided by not provoking the nuclear superpower on your border is illegitimate.
How can anyone be "forced to fight for their owners"? Once they give you weapons, you kill as many of them as possible.
