Ok this is amazing. Don Lemon brings up the need for slave reparations from the royal family. His guest says, yes, people should be demanding reparations… from the African leaders who sold them into slavery.

More people need to hear this.

They really do.

It's utterly shocking that even in England, children are allowed to grow up thinking their nation is responsible for the slave trade, when in reality it's the total opposite - their nation is responsible for ending the slave trade.

Exactly. I get that since we live in western countries we will learn more about western slavery but it should be taught the full scope of slavery. Pretty much every country is guilty
