As far as I can tell, nobody. He's just somebody who is visible enough to notice, and evil enough to be put down by normal people. Therefore, the people with actual power lend him their influence in exchange for his loyalty. That gives him, and the evil people in his orbit, the freedom to continue being monsters, and gives those in power their own monsters to command.

That's the way all this tranny-pedo-queer-whatever shit works. This time though, the tranny shit was really bad, so much so that it can't be hidden with lies and redefinitions, and the people outing it were especially loud and autistic.

But TPTB can't crack down on their pet monsters either. If the monsters see their kin being attacked, they might believe they're next, and without protection, they'd have nothing to lose by turning on their masters. If they're going down, they'd try to bring everyone down with them.

So, TPTB really have no other option but to go hard on this. There's no way out of it for them that doesn't involve the most transparent lies and illegitimate use of force they could get away with, or else they could plant a seed of doubt in the minds of their pets.
