No one is saying it publicly yet, but it appears Trump sold our secrets.
Presented without anything more than aggressive inference.
"Some of the boxes in Trump's office related to the work of clandestine sources"
related to the work of clandestine sources - are there any more weasel words you want to throw in there, champ?
Trump's White House issues an ominous request for a list of top U.S. spies
Worse - he did so menacingly. Because heaven forbid a US presidency under siege from a rogue intelligence apparatus makes some effort to hold the fuckers to account.
They were saying “he sold our nuclear secrets” first, and now they’re going with “he sold out our spies”. Basically making up the absolute worst crimes imaginable because nothing else fits their delusional view of the man.
It can’t be the case that he just had declassified materials at his home office for legitimate work purposes, and now a rogue activist archivist is drumming up bullshit process issues as a purely partisan attack.
It certainly can’t be the case that Trump was holding documents proving that he was illegally targeted by a corrupt FBI with bullshit investigations spurred on by false information that was fabricated by Hillary Clinton.
Meanwhile, China executed like 20 spies immediately after Hillary’s illegal private server was hacked.
At every stage, every single thing that can be turned against Trump will be turned against him for the high crime of being himself. Or, more accurately, as he's said, for putting himself between them and us. Everything else is just window dressing.
Not just incompetence, nepotism at the top and failure to adapt and change with the times (as in be completely disbanded and replaced by a cyber warfare department) but wouldn't be surprised if it's also a lack of respect.
Trump literally walked into North Korea, no guards came back unharmed, Obama was at least a fan of drone strikes and Bush had Dick Cheney when he was full Darth Vader. This current administration, NO ONE respects them so why not get rid of a few spies, informants and leakers when you know there's no consequences.
The rout in Afghanistan was so total, the embassy didn't have time to destroy any of their stuff. Crypto, sensitive documents, the Taliban got it all. That was the real payday, not the guns or vehicles.
The smog of lies is flabbergasting. They throw shit at the wall hoping something sticks. Meanwhile we fucked-over citizens are left wandering in the dark, wondering if we will ever be able to keep the republic intact and hoping for some sort of state-secession movement.
I think it's time to buy my war-surplus M-1 carbine before they're sold out or criminalized.

It's just a repeat of the impeachment thing.

why would i care if a bunch of fucking spies get executed? maybe we shouldn't be spying.

Odds are they sold it all to the Chinese.
Obozo and Company let possibly the last good ones die to militants years ago.
