Can we change the age of majority to 21 already? If 18-year-olds are too fucking stupid to not snort whipped cream, they're too fucking stupid to vote too.
That's only a reaction to the symptom, not the underlying cause. It will ultimately not solve anything and only engender further "lets raise age of majority to XX" yet again. If kids are properly parented and properly schooled, age of majority could be 16.
It's consistent with all the other restrictions we put on them. After all, 18yos can't drink, buy guns, or even smoke now. The only thing they're allowed to do is drive and join the military to die for gay butt sex rights. The fact that we still call them "kids" after reaching 18 shows we don't treat them seriously, so why keep up the pretense that they're adults?
You want more fucking Democrats? Even the most well-raised 16yo still lives with their parents and think in utopian ideals, which leftist parties will gleefully take advantage of.
I would never trust any 16 year old to make good decisions no matter how well they were raised. Their brains are literally not done growing. The age of majority should be 25.
Hard to do that when the government incentivizes single mothers, who are massive children themselves.
Yup, this is the issue. In the past, age of majority could have been younger, with no issues. Now? You could make it 30, and still have issues.
