Controlling school boards is nice, but until you shut off the woke teacher spigot that is education programs at universities, it doesn't matter that the school board is anti-woke.
Universities are the power center of woke ideology. Social justice started there, and that is where the woke mass produce new acolytes to spread their poison to the world.

Florida is having a teacher's shortage because they don't want to teach if they can't groom. While teachers being able to go to college and learn their profession in a non-pozzed way is preferable, the intermediary result is just not relying on teachers with the formalized background in "education" training as much.
I agree, learning to teach doesn't take a 4 year degree. The Navy has a 3 week instructor school, and that is where professional instructors go before going to the school house to teach.
What Arch said. The schools now require a bachelor's in anything to teach. It's really taking the piss out of the teachers, and helping locals reconnect with the youth.
Public schools don’t pay enough to convince anyone to become a teacher that doesn’t have an ulterior motive.
That motive could be devotion, like a nun, or it could be grooming. Or it could be that a teacher’s schedule works well when you have kids yourself.
Many good people will be tricked into becoming teachers, but the ones who stay have something else going on, and that something else isn’t always good.

If you know the material, you can teach it. If you don't know the material, it takes six years of college to scrape by.
Well they have an issue because the teachers association wants unfettered "cut your genitals off" grooming access.
People who could have their teaching license revoked don't want to be in the middle of the war between them and normal people.
