It's way worse than that. He said that you should surrender to them and let them do whatever they think is necessary. You know, to reduce harm.
Because literally beating you to death, tying you to the back of a pick-up truck, and driving your corpse around a city in circles is less harm than shooting 2-3 of your murderers.
Yup. The only thing Vaush sees as wrong with lynch mobs is the demographics they went after. Everything else, he's just fine with.
