I started the PDF briefly but never progressed far enough never mind finish it. I have no basis for recommendation but the themes interest me so this is a good reminder to revisit it in a month or so and properly read it and form an opinion.

FYI, I heard the paperback is a revised edition with a missing chapter and who knows what other edits.
