Wow the critics seem to hate it. I read one review for laughs and they said it panders to red state America. As opposed to pandering to blue haired Twitter weirdos

The funny part is that, at least from what I watched, it's not really pandering to anybody. It's just a fun, fairly well written military action-thriller.
Why not?
Gatekeep or be gatekept.
If you don't make your hobby into a right-wing echo chamber, then it will become a left-wing echo chamber because lefties scream louder.
They will drown out your voice.
Best to keep them out from the very beginning.
Well anything that isn’t some lecture on racism, sexism, how horrible the US is seems to get attacked viciously by critics
Plus it stars Chris Pratt, who really seems to get on their nerves.
Hot, wholesome, not full of himself. Not some weird demonic hollywood freak who kisses his young son dressed like Harley Quinn on the mouth like that jew whatever his name is.
They can't fucking handle ones like him and to a lesser extent, Henry Cavill. They seem normal, so they are evil
There’s like zero politics is what’s crazy about this take.
I think that to these blogger types SPOILERS SPOILERS SPOILERS SPOILERS see the bad lady as like a Hillary Clinton surrogate maybe? Other than that like it’s literally just that meme where no matter what the casting decisions are racist.
Like the cast is hella diverse, the brown FBI dude and lady now that I think of it are both super competent, a rich white dude is emasculated, the Asian journalist lady is super competent. What else could it be!?!?
To be fair the twist in the last episode was a bit predictable. Still good, though.
