Kidd Bandit is not signed to WWE. He's not signed to AEW, either.

The only people that like Kidd Bandit are the vocal minority on Reddit--if they even exist, because bots are a thing.

They don't buy shit. If they did, Sonny Kiss would be on TV more recently than September 2020, his last appearance.
