Very funny how most things near the top are processed or otherwise don't come from animals. I'm pretty sure if you turned this chart upside down, you'd do pretty well.
Butter>seed oils, eggs (especially from an actual, not factory, farm) are great for you, ground beef isn't the best cuts but the "processing" is really just grinding and red meat is good for you- another one of the Big Lies.
Not sure on cheddar but I think in general moderation, non-processed cheese (ie not Whiz or those slices but real fucking cheese) is just fine for your health. Last time I was in Europe they seemed to eat a fair amount of cheese and were in better shape than us.
If you look up your recommended daily calorie intake for your height and weight, and try to eat that many calories using just the bottom 3 items, I'd wager you'd have a hard time doing so without eating yourself sick. Much harder than you would if you were eating frosted mini wheats.
Watermelon & kale are good for you but not very filling, I think you'd have a hard time feeling full plus you're missing out of the important shit you get from animal products.
Honestly if I had to choose the bottom 3 do seem better than the top. You'll get protein and actually feel full eating those. People on the carnivore diet seem to be doing pretty well, certainly more than someone eating a lot of mini-wheats...
carnivore/paleo/primal/keto/atkins/whatever you want to call it works extremely well, speaking from personal experience.
And back in 2008 when I first tried it, mainstream "nutritionists" were still calling for advocates of that diet to be imprisoned for "endangering the health of their clients". Public health has been in a bad state for a very long time.

The French have it down. Gruyere rules! Once upon a time, all farming was "organic."
