If you look up your recommended daily calorie intake for your height and weight, and try to eat that many calories using just the bottom 3 items, I'd wager you'd have a hard time doing so without eating yourself sick. Much harder than you would if you were eating frosted mini wheats.
Watermelon & kale are good for you but not very filling, I think you'd have a hard time feeling full plus you're missing out of the important shit you get from animal products.
Honestly if I had to choose the bottom 3 do seem better than the top. You'll get protein and actually feel full eating those. People on the carnivore diet seem to be doing pretty well, certainly more than someone eating a lot of mini-wheats...
carnivore/paleo/primal/keto/atkins/whatever you want to call it works extremely well, speaking from personal experience.
And back in 2008 when I first tried it, mainstream "nutritionists" were still calling for advocates of that diet to be imprisoned for "endangering the health of their clients". Public health has been in a bad state for a very long time.
