I used to think that there was some Activision corporate bs that ran out several of the founders that lead to the influx of sjws. But seeing the virtue signaling posts from several of the founders and original devs news studios I no longer think activision wholly gets the blame. Blizzard most likely chose these bad policies with little to no pressure from the outside.
It is literally ESG crap. Not saying they are innocent, but it is not aberrant leftism. Also, companies get all their money from the outside and every decision they make is about making money- there is no "no pressure from outside"
Wish there was something I could buy with my battle.net money that would actually cost them real money.
Like a plush toy or something I could burn in a fire so they'd be contributing to CO2 to boot.
edit: they've added a gift purchase and gift balance transfer since last I checked. So at least it's possible to send others some battle.net funds so to cancel out money they would have spent on subscriptions or games.
My man, last time I bought anything from Blizzard was a nice sunny Saturday in 1999 when I bought me a StarCraft Broodwar CD-ROM (kids, ask your dads if you don't know what that is).
I can't boycott blizzard any harder
Blizzard is just whores for the highest bidder. The only people at fault for this is the us politicians and globalists who sold us to China.

Buy a physical copy and then file a chargeback claim with your bank for fraud?
