CNBC’s annual America’s Top State for Business study considers multiple measures of the quality of life, health and inclusion.

In other words they used made up bs to not put California and New York at the top. Then again I guess crime rates are part of “inclusion” now.

The directive of "inclusion" is racism masquerading as equality, prioritizing certain individuals based on their race & sexual preferences while marginalizing white heterosexuality.
