To promote the problem as one of only culture and integration is to deny Nature, which is moving towards Tabula Rasa. If we allow for nature, than there will be people who cannot be integrated no matter how much you compromise.

Because as we know, geographical location (which is what determines most people's skin colors) had nothing to do with the culture's that developed. All those lily white islanders out there were really big into snow sports. No correlations at all.
But I didn't claim culture was super tied to race. I just rejected that cultural integration trumps anything else when attempting to bring groups together.
