This type of behavior annoys me to no end. I see it at work, I see it at the fucking airport. Were these people raised in a barn? You'll even talk to some of them and find they have developed an ideological rationalization for their behavior. "I'm helping keep the janitors employed." Bitch please the janitor would appreciate you not giving them the extra work.
I always wondered if the littering would stop happening so much if children had cleaning duty as they grew up.
