Yet another shooting caused by SSRIs, it looks like.

You do realize you're your own worst enemy, right? Even when you're making a point I agree with, you take it too far, or go down some ridiculous rabbit hole to reach some bizarre conclusion.
I agree that the mainstream painting of incels as some sort of almost organized terror organization is retarded. That said, I don't think it's because they're trying to 'hide the truth' or anything. I don't know much about this case, but I don't think people jumped on anything out of maliciousness. Maybe stupidity and buying a narrative, but that's about it. The dude was obviously, obviously unwell. I don't know if he was a dreaded incel or not, but I don't think it was specifically linked to his actions even if he was.
Can you at least try to stay on topic, considering this is your topic? He was mentally unwell, and I wouldn't be shocked in the least if SSRIs - and SSRI-withdrawal - contributed to his spiral. How does that involve inceldom, women, or feminism? If you're saying the issue is pharmaceutical and mental health, let's talk pharmaceuticals and mental health.
Many, many people are deeply unhappy, many to the point of instability, and society is making that issue worse. That's something to talk about.
I mean, I've hit a few things lately. Boris Johnson saying he wishes a woman was in charge of Russia gives a whole new motive to the Ukrainian circus.
What I mean is that every time there's a mass murder, "credible" organizations will join women on Twitter and claim it was an incel with no evidence, then pull back and say they need more time before evidence appears out of thin air to back up the claim and prove that we need more action against "misogyny".
I'm sick of it. I wish someone would put it right back on them. "A child was murdered today. Must have been a radical feminist angry about abortion." - just say that. Every time. Even if it's not true. That's what they do. They see the words "male shooter" and their eyes light up with glee.
I do think the issue was mental health, but the main reason for this post is to have a record with a working archive if the feminist Danish PM tries to fabricate an incel narrative out of thin air. I don't trust them to tell the truth, to not use needless death to push for "misogyny" laws Europe-wide. I don't even trust them not to groom these shooters themselves for that end.
See, it's all about viewpoint. I just view that as empty virtue-signaling. It's feminist bullshit, I absolutely agree, but I don't think it's some scheme to install a female leader in Russia after ousting Big Bad Putin, if that's what you're saying. His statements are just retarded signaling after the fact, not "motive" for anything.
They often are incels. I agree it's still a stupid angle to focus on, though. But, yeah, these people are very messed up, often antisocial. They might not have friends in general, much less girlfriends. So, yes, they're often incels, but that doesn't mean it's the root cause, and I.N.C.E.L. certainly isn't some nefarious terror organization.
We can agree that's bullshit. Again, even if they are incels, even if they hate women, that doesn't mean that's what should be focused on. They were driven by their mental illnesses, sometimes exacerbated by things like SSRIs. Them being incels, if they are, often stem from their other issues, not the other way around.
Fair enough and, for what it's worth, I will stand by you on that, even if I think your core motivation is ridiculous. Yeah, they shouldn't lie, and this isn't about incels or misogyny. We can agree on that much, for sure.
