I’m claiming that the right to property is protected directly by the 9th amendment, yes. As references are made to private property across multiple constitutional rights. This is further validated by the tenth where all states have always allowed the purchase of property.
Except there is no historical protection of abortion, reference to it in any founding documents, or any historical use of abortion as a sanctioned practice until the roe v wade decision. There is more legal precedent to owning missles than there is for abortion. That’s why they never argued the right to abortion, they argued the right to privacy affords the right to an abortion, which is beyond insane.
That’s patently untrue and the entire purpose of the 9th and 10th amendment.
