Almost like these shortages are deliberate.
And the legislation was passed with this as virtue signaling to get their war funds embezzlement schemes in place.
And these fabs and foundries wont be operational until 202t at earliest... assuming congress does something. Apparently CHIP act is for domestic chip and semi conductor makers. A few companies are foreign and wants some of that CHIP money.
Not to mention the xenon gas shortage.
