Critics were unable to review the latter third of the film after a lesbian kiss scene brought them to an automated standing ovation that did not end until the theater lights turned on. Several were left physically unable to write due to injuries sustained from clapping for an hour. One reviewer speaking on condition of anonymity said xe was concerned about when to stop clapping lest xe not properly honor the stunning bravery of the filmmakers.
