Blacks, Chinese, and muzzies. White people need not apply to this degeneracy. If I didn't know any better, I'd say they were trying to segregate a portion of the population for nefarious purposes. They get upset when white people get involved in this destructive behavior, so it's obvious they don't want white people harmed.
