There is no constitutional basis for a "disinformation board."

That describes like 90% of the federal government, to be fair.

In fact, it's one of the few things the federal government is explicitly not allowed to have.

Yup, it is pretty brazen. It's sadly not shocking that normies are going along with it. "Oh, yeah, of course the government has to police disinformation!"
