Why aren’t the people protesting around the Supreme Court being treated like Jan 6 protestors were? I mean leaking a draft and breaching the court could be seen as an insurrection. We should wring our hands and chalk about this repeatedly for the next year or so. But then again, if burning down cities wasn’t a big deal to them then this won’t be

The reason that the law falls silent in times of war is because the law is nothing more than a self-imposed moral force. Your enemy can't experience your moral forces, because neither of you are moral agents within each others' moral framework.
