Basically what it says in the title. A bunch of them just suddenly stepped down, and the sub became noticeably more based. Does anyone know what happened?
Also, AoV got banned from pReddit and has apparently stopped posting here around the same time. Is he okay? The two things aren't related, are they?
I noticed that the moderator bot is no longer preventing me from saying 'retard', 'faggot' and other such words that were common parlance until the Trump midterms.
We were told for years that these words had to be filtered out or the sub would be deleted. Now we will see if we were lied to, and if we were, I posit that he mods were feds or some other infiltrating group.
That occurred to me as well. Of course it may not be true, but what are the implications of this? With the way they are running around frantically, I think that things are not going according To Plan. Have they been forced out, and is this an indication that we are winning this colossal boss fight? If they had simply gotten bored, I feel like half the modlist would have quit one at a time, rather than all walking at once.
I liked 8chan. Site had a nice userbase and was growing well. Shame it got taken out back and shot. 8kun just wasn't the same and everyone already left to the other options.
Is there an 'other option' that has any decent traffic or do you mean gab, voat, et. al.?
Not really.
Most of the "bunkers" were onion sites or lesser known chans that didn't fare well.
The whole saga of 8chan was a very good move by the authority structures, sadly. Condensed the opposition and then completely split it.
Mlpol was one of the funniest and most poignant things I've ever seen and I honestly think it TERRIFIED those in intelligence positions.

Gasp! Old Man Impossible1!?
S... s... silly human, thinking that meatbags could be that prolific. But the subterfuge was needed, we all know what they did to Tay.
Which mods left? Was it the pinkerbelle clique?
Cba to set up an account on that shithole to check.
Shit. I should have saved the post, but I foolishly didn't. I do remember that Shad was one of them; I checked his account and saw that he had deleted everything KiA related, leaving him with a relative handful of posts.
Edit: by Shad I mean Shadist. I do have the right account, don't I? It posts in various vidya subs, but not KiA.
This one?
That's the one. Thank you.
I think is just less moderated in general, halfKia also has gotten a lot of prog tourists recently
Half is full of what will be the next generation of neo-cons who decry "I didn't leave the left: the left left me". Plus lyra assuming he still comments there: he tried to argue for positions more at home here to a hostile audience and rage-quit multiple times.
Looks like Lyra's last comment was 7 months ago, #RIP.
