I get the meme, but it's pretty inaccurate.
I don't much care for number 2 either. We need a return to Western Male dominance and an actual patriarchy in the family again, but we don't need to start treating women as property to be bought, sold, and killed off when they are injured or show too much ankle. We don't have to become barbarians to return to pre-feminist western civilization.

Afghanistan was a choice between Islamists who wanted to rape little girls and Islamists who wanted to rape little boys, and somehow, we thought there was a right choice to make.
There is a right choice to make. I remember it from a meme song back in the early 00's.
The only way that Afghanistan could have had a successful outcome would have been a true colonial effort. The States would have needed to occupy and then settle the country.
