Based on the casualties we know so far of actual generals(I think 3, maybe a 4)who were confirmed killed. It seems they are desperate. Including the loss of a t-80um2(single prototype) and more it seems they are not doing well.
I don't think Jester was posting knowingly false information. But Pravda says they were hacked, and if the numbers were true, there's no way that Pravda would post them.
