Is it not the same girl, just right after the surgery and then after the incision "heals"?

Also, Jesus Christ, that is the worst scar I think I've ever seen. Almost two inches of scar tissue, top to bottom, across the entire chest.

I thought they were different people because of the tattoo on the clavicle of the one on the right, but it might be the same person with the image mirrored on one side such that the tattoo is under the blue robe on the left image.
