This is what happens when "democracy" is redefined as "something that gives minorities everything their little hearts desire, somehow".
(I bet if you did a poll, most Canadians detest the annual seal holocaust no matter the colour of the skin of human nazis doing it. But what did they do instead? Hide it from view. Real democratic.)

Heh. But after all these decades, it'd be a lot more than that with a yearly quota around 300K (that's not an upper limit, that's the least the government wants killed). Yeah, like the fuckin' Boxing Day tsunami, which didn't dent the fucking human population of Asia one goddamn bit.
