They probably won't be able to get parts for the Airbus ones they keep, unless they can make parts themselves.

Outside of the things others mentioned, there would be cost and logistics involved in returning them. I suppose something that could be worked out, but Russia has no incentive to play nice when the same things are being done to them from the other side.

Both Tupolev and Sukhoi make decent enough regional airliners, the problem is that most of the bigger airliners are older, and the Russians can't afford to rebuild the manufacturing capability.
