so you don't think some idiots on old school internet forums could have given it a 'push' just to annoy other people for their own amusement?
I don't think a couple off-hand comments of old irc pubs and forums would have provided nearly as much impetus as tens of thousands of school teachers indoctrinating hundreds of youth for several years each, no.
good point, what if those teachers were in the irc chats as kids?
