I basically have my dream job. Six months ago, the CFO had an all-hands meeting where he plainly stated that they wouldn't be creating their own vaxx mandate, but the moment the fed or state passed one, they'd enforce it. From that, I got:
#1: Become self-employed as fast as possible. Don't waste your life laboring for another.
#2: Leadership is dead. Even the higher ups insulated from consequences have no interest in being leaders. If you're willing to stick your head above the other poppies, people will flock to you (for good and ill).
And in general, expanding on your #2:
#3: My coworkers and most of the people around me are actively evil and would assist the state in murdering my family. Render them no aid, hurt them whenever possible, give them as little personal information as possible. Hell is full and demons walk the earth.
I had my "moment of clarity" on that when my (at the time) employer described their WuFlu policy stages and how they determined when to move between them:
Someone (who knows who) set some "objective" criteria that allowed a location to transition between stages. Most likely based on what the CDC and/or WHO said
Each location had an "advisory committee" which would monitor local progress and make a "recommendation" to some higher-up thousands of miles away
Someone (who knows who) thousands of miles away would take this "recommendation" into consideration and make a determination
The "objective" criteria made sure no one had to actually make a decision. The "advisory" nature of the local committee ensured the local employees couldn't assign blame to their peers and ensured they felt no responsibility for their decision, and the physical disconnect between the higher-up making the decision for the locale ensured he could simply feign ignorance of the local conditions and place responsibility on the committee.
That was when I knew there was no one at the wheel.
As much as I want to label them evil I don't believe that to be the case. They are simply too small. They don't see the boot that is stepping on them. All they see are other ants. So it must be those other ants doing all this harm to them. Their perspective won't allow them to see otherwise.

No, hell is empty, because all the demons are on earth,
I prefer the term "ideological possession" but it's de facto demonic.

What you're describing is evil.
