I don't think that Russians will consider those faggots are legit combatants and will be treated like terrorists.

Foreigners are always used as fodder tho with the main Ukrainian army surrounded i doubt they will ever reach the front line.... so they will stuck in Lviv of Kiev to be robbed, beaten, shot and raped by criminals the comedian just released, fun times!
