Edge isn't even Canadian. Is nunchuk? I checked their terms of service and instead of the usual choice of law provision I found this:

Governing Law and Jurisdiction These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Nunchuk., without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Pretty sure that ain't legal :-)
