So, the saga concludes. From 10 years being what the prosecutors wanted, down to 7, down to 2, with the last 8 months of it suspended.
1-6 is my record of predictions on this and all I can say is, I'm surprised they let it get this far, but now BLM has fallen apart, they don't need to pretend to care she killed a man.
Overall, I think my predictions were slightly pessimistic and I should have just predicted this outcome from the beginning.
It's one thing to make bad predictions. We all do sometimes. It's quite another to make them with absolute certainty, when your predictions are so wildly implausible. It shows a lack of understanding of what is likely to happen.
But not even that. It's that when you were wrong about your first two, you didn't miss a beat and moved on to your next predictions, made with an equal amount of certainty, which turned out to be equally wrong.
The last one, 1 year with probation. 12 months, 16 isn't that much of a difference.
Not really. I think if BLM wasn't around, she wouldn't have even been named. I'm surprised how far they went to appease the race war cult, even though women control it and could have just hidden it.

What? You've spent the last year claiming that she wouldn't spend a single day in prison, then after you discovered that she was jailed before sentencing it became that she would "just get probation during sentencing". And when she doesn't, you claim that 1.5 years in prison is just the same as probation?
I'm surprised how far they went to appease the race war cult, even though women control it and could have just hidden it.
Very sophisticated understanding of what's going on.
When I saw the prosecution drop the sentencing guideline, I knew it was going to be the literal minimum sentence or close to it. I predicted 1 year prison + 9 probation, but they went for 16 months prison + 8 months probation.
I mean, if you haven't worked out yet that these race movements cover for female privilege and provoke division in men, you never will.

She made the mistake but the guy running when cops are telling you to stop made the bigger mistake. I thought she would get more time
I thought she wouldn't even get named. The fact that it got this far amazes me.
I took a lot of hits to my credibility on this one, but I still think it was solely political positioning that was why it got this far.
Women have killed people in cold blood and got less than this.

In hindsight, I should have written out my entire thought process.
There was no way she would face an actual sentence proportionate to her crime and I just continued getting surprised by how far they took the farce.
In the end though, the prosecution turning against severe punishment yesterday was the obvious sign of it going this way.
1-6? 0-7. What was the prediction you got right? Your last one was that she would get probation.
I'm not even taking issue with the pessimism of your predictions, but that they are wildly implausible.
But at least you're learning.
