Gizortnik's meme isn't real. Sam Brinton is a puppy play fetishist, who is the dominant in his sexual relationships. He is not actually pictured in the meme. Instead, he is pictured as holding the leash of a 'puppy' who has a butt plug inserted. I've added a clarifying comment to the top of the post.
