Unfortunately, first world leaders are still lapping up American culture. Many politicians clearly spend more time reading about American domestic politics than they do reading the complaints of their own citizens.

I hope I live long enough to see the day they get the rope.

And pandemics (or funding for them), and dangerous vaccines, and suppression of effective repurposed drugs...
