Women only care about men's issues when it personally effects them, News at 11. 90% chance if the husband hadn't brought it up, she wouldn't have even blinked and done it without a single question about "hey why is cutting a chunk of flesh off something we do, doc I'm curious."

But I suppose now that she has found out how easy the grift is, she will expand into every facet of it.
