One of the problems I have is that it doesn't allow anyone to expound on what issue(s) they have with the game. How would one explain exactly how Last of Us II is woke? How could someone explain how went back on their word with Battlefield V, and how they slammed their own fans?
Granularity is always a tricky thing. The goal of the site is, I believe, to get many, many ratings and then average them out to get an approximate "true" rating. But that doesn't mesh with in-depth reviews and breakdowns. It's a different product offering entirely.
They want to make a simple dumbed-down number-based database. You want a right-wing video game reviews site. Different products.
